Sparrow Consulting was started as a learning material development company by Brix and Johan Els in 2004.     CEO

    Johan Els holds a BEng (Chem) and MBA and is a registered assessor and moderator at several SETAs. Before starting Sparrow Consulting, Johan honed his skills in senior management positions at some of South Africa’s top companies.

    Operations Manager

    Stefan Els has worked as Operations Manager for Sparrow Consulting since November 2012.
    In his capacity as Operations Manager, Stefan has been tasked with the success of more than 50 educational projects for Sparrow Consulting’s clients
